Headquartered in Chester, the company operates with property managers based in Chester, London, Dundee & Glasgow. Since its establishment in October 2014, Managing Estates Limited has grown to manage over 160 unique developments, comprising around 6,000 residential
units.
With a dedicated team of over 40 employees, including 14 involved directly with Property Management in Chester and over 30 remote or on-site personnel dedicated to their building. Managing Estates Limited focuses solely on the management of residential apartment buildings. This exclusive focus allows Managing Estates Limited to deliver expert and tailored management solutions for its clients.
