How it started
Estates was founded in 2014 by Ashley and Danielle, who, after years of working within large corporate managing agents, set out with a clear vision: to deliver a high-quality property management service with a truly personal approach.
From our office in Chester, we are perfectly positioned to manage a portfolio that stretches from London to Dundee. What began with just six flats in Bradford has grown into the management of more than 9,000 homes across 190 residential developments. Our success has been built on a hands-on approach and the strong, lasting relationships we have developed with our clients.
We take pride in managing our growth carefully selecting developments thoughtfully and expanding our team sustainably. This ensures that every client continues to receive the same dedicated, personal service today as they did on day one.

Estate Property Management have both ISO9001 in Quality Management systems and ISO45001 in Occupational Health and Management Systems.
We are members of the Property Ombudsman and are proud to say that we are regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
We are a registered Scottish Property Factor, property factor ID PF000693 and are members of the Property Managers Association Scotland (PMAS).
