We arrange for all property management services charge collections on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

All our service charges are controlled in line with budgets to ensure value for money and quality service provision.

Repairs & Maintenance

We carefully manage all repairs and maintenance within our developments to ensure owners recieve value for money and quaility of property management services.

All our clients benefit from a 24 hour emergency service for urgent matters, giving peace of mind even during non working hours.

Company Secretarial

Our specialist team take the stress out of the adminstration of managing a RMC/RTM Company.

We deal with all matters relating to the company including filing statutory accounts, maintaining company registers and dealing with annual filing obligations.

Service Charge Appraisal

This is a free service we offer to anybody who is unhappy with their existing managing agent, or would like an independent opinion with respect to the charges and the services offered.

Soft Service & Contractor Procurement

We have an in house highly skilled team of maintenance staff that can provide cleaning, gardending, window cleaning service to our developments. Ensuring value for money and high quality of property management services.

We can also arrange and manage external providers.

On Site Staff

Depending on the developments needs we are also able to provide and manage on site staff including Caretakers, Porters & Concierge for property management services.

We deal with all HR, Payroll and H&S matters relating to on site staff giving peace of mind to all stakeholders.

Insurance Procurement

Estates are Appointed Representatives of St Giles Insurance and work closely to ensure value for money and high quality comprehensive insurance.

Being an Appointed Representative gives assurance that we are regulated for insurance activites to our developments.

Ground Rent Collection

We have an experienced in house team for the collection of Ground Rents on behalf of Freehold clients enabling timely payments with demands issued in line with relevant legislation.

Solicitor Enquiries

Our highly skilled in house team ensure the sale of properties are dealt with in a timely fashion with a high degree of skill. We deal with all pre sale and post sale enquires on behalf of our developments.
